Ben Bagg
Founder
What started out as a part-time hustle on the side became a full-fledged opportunity to start his very own sales agency specialising in lead generation. Always buzzing and busy as a bee, when Ben isn’t helping his customers with sales, he enjoys hosting guests with barbeques at home. And on quieter days, taking long walks with his dog, Toffee.
Rina Ho
Customer Relationship Manager
Passionate about the environment, Rina’s life pre-BeeCore involved bringing the joys of nature to homes with her job as an outdoor designer. Now, she manages customer relations for us! Responsible for overseeing sales and product delivery while on the clock, Rina finds the time to resort to her green roots during her down-time by volunteering at waterfall clean-ups and championing the green cause.
Stephanie Boey
Marketing and Communications
Armed with a career in publishing, Stephanie brings her analytical skills and flair for writing to BeeCore. Here, she assists in administrative duties specifically HR responsibilities while lending her creative side to the company’s branding and marketing strategies. In her spare time, you can find her devouring her Netflix watchlist or with her nose buried in a good book.
Avril James
Virtual Assistant
Avril is a qualified Personal Assistant (PA), a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management and an Associate with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, with many years of administration and secretarial experience. When Avril is not buzzing at BeeCore she enjoys times with her granddaughter and catching up with her two boys.

Sales Development Representative 

Job Description: 

We are a fast-growing company and we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies to build rapport and set discovery calls. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • The SDR will be managing 2 of BeeCore's client projects. 

  • This role is focused on making cold-calls and writing emails to outsource sales deliverables  

  • You will need to understand our customer’s unique challenges, profile, and provide solutions for their growth. 

  • You must be able to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment where the primary success metrics are vertical-specific revenue growth for our customers. 

  • You should be logging your progress on campaigns then report it to the clients and your immediate supervisor. 

Job Requirements: 

  • 3 years of new business sales experience in a B2B setting 

  • Strong track record of customer retention, and continually meeting revenue goals 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong project management and exceptional consultative sales and client service skills with a willingness to experiment.  

  • Must have hunter mindset, not a harvester’s mindset. 

  • BA/BS Degree strongly preferred 

  • Experience with Hubspot is a huge plus. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
